بتلك النتيجة يرتفع رصيد الأهلي إلى 32 نقطة، وهي غير كافية لبقائه في الدوري الممتاز، إذ يحتل بها المركز الخامس عشر وقبل الأخير.

وفي الوقت ذاته يرتفع رصيد الشباب إلى 55 نقطة محتلًا المركز الرابع في سلم ترتيب الدوري.

Tottenham Hotspur legend Graham Roberts expects Tanguy Ndombele to leave before the transfer window slams shut – but warns the midfielder will have to take a wage cut.

Ndombele, who became Spurs’ club-record signing when he joined from Ligue One outfit Lyon for £63million two years ago, has not been included in any of the north Londoners’ matchday squads so far this season.

Having been frozen out of the side by Nuno Espirito Santo, who was appointed as Spurs’ new head coach in June following a lengthy managerial search, the 24-year-old has told the club’s hierarchy he wants to depart before the transfer deadline passes.

Ndombele currently has four years remaining on a contract worth £200,000-per-week but has failed to go on and show the form Spurs fans were hoping for.

While Roberts is certain Ndombele will get his wish in leaving the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, he believes the central midfielder will have to contend with a financial hit.

He exclusively told Football FanCast: “He obviously wants to leave and if he does he will have to take a wage cut.

“I think the club will have a fee on him. Whether clubs will be willing to pay that, I don’t know.

“The way it’s going at the moment, I do expect him to leave. I think they’re looking to get him out because Nuno has seen him since the first day of training and he hasn’t been involved in anything.”

Chris Rogers is confident of team glory in his first season with Victoria but he knows that his chances of adding to his one Test cap have diminished in the past eight months. Rogers has spent the past week getting to know his new state team-mates having only just arrived from a successful county stint with Derbyshire.His decision to relocate from Western Australia came after a summer during which he made his Test debut but was frustrated by his lack of one-day opportunities at state level. He made 4 and 15 in his Test outing at the WACA but the success of Phil Jaques and the emergence of Simon Katich as another Test opening option left Rogers without a Cricket Australia contract for 2008-09.”I probably didn’t have as much form going into that game as I had previously but it’s an opportunity and you never knock back opportunities,” Rogers said of his Test outing against India. “It’s disappointing that I didn’t do better but who knows what’s going to happen from here.”It’s hard to say. There’s a few guys who are opening and doing quite well so maybe I’m a little bit further back but that just means I’ve got to get a few more runs.”Rogers has been doing exactly that with Derbyshire, where he piled up 1232 first-class runs at 56 and took over the captaincy. He also proved his one-day potential with 228 runs at 45.60 at a strike-rate of more than 80, an effort that he hopes will earn him regular limited-overs outings at Victoria.”I was not playing in the one-day side for Western Australia, so I really wanted to be doing that,” Rogers said. “It’s up to me to really perform in the one-day side. That’s a good challenge but yeah, I’d like to think that I’ll get a run.”Victoria begin their campaign with a one-day game against South Australia in Adelaide on Sunday, followed by a Sheffield Shield match at the same venue. Rogers said there was a buzz around the squad despite being without the captain Cameron White and fast bowler Peter Siddle, who are in the Test squad in India, and the injured legspinner Bryce McGain.”We’re pretty confident,” he said. “I think the depth here is probably better than any other state so I think we should be confident going into all forms and hopefully we can get a bit of silverware.”You look at the batting line-up and it’s pretty impressive. There’s eight or nine fast bowlers who could conceivably be picked in this first game and I really don’t think the other states have that luxury.”For Rogers, simply familiarising himself with all his new colleagues is half the challenge this season. Entretanto, o técnico tem ignorado os pedidos pelo meia-atacante Calazans.

O jogador de apenas 21 anos foi recentemente promovido à equipe principal e, depois de ter sido utilizado na lateral-esquerda, tem ficado fora de algumas partidas. Após quatro jogos sem ser relacionado, Calazans atuou por apenas oito minutos na derrota por 3 a 1 para o Grêmio, pela Copa do Brasil. A atuação resumiu a única oportunidade que teve jogando pela ponta, inclusive se destacou na posição.

Na partida da última terça-feira, que rendeu ao Tricolor o empate em 1 a 1 com o Atlético-PR, a torcida pedia incansavelmente a entrada do meia-atacante e o técnico Abel explicou que ainda não era o momento, pois o jogador, apesar de ter valor dentro do elenco, não deve ser utilizado como solução de todos os problemas. E o atleta respondeu enaltecendo o trabalho do técnico.

– Claro que eu fico frustrado, pois todo jogador deseja entrar em campo. Queria muito ter tentado ajudar o Fluminense no jogo. Mas o Abel é o nosso comandante e sabe o que é melhor para o time. Tenho muito respeito por ele e também pelos meus companheiros – afirmou o jogador.

Em meio a situação, o ex-atacante tricolor Roni, campeão carioca pelo clube em 2002, acredita que Calazans e a torcida tricolor precisam esperar o tempo certo de Abel, para que o jogador volte a ser escalado entre os principais.

– Acho que o Abel é um treinador competente e capacitado pra saber o momento certo de usar o Calazans no time. O jogador é novo, tem apenas 21 anos, e apesar de ter vindo da base do próprio Fluminense continua naquele processo que todo jogador que se torna profissional precisa passar para enfim receber uma oportunidade entre os profissionais. O próprio Calazans precisa reconhecer isso e ter paciência, porque a hora dele vai chegar, ele até já recebeu algumas oportunidades. Mas se Abel acredita que não deve colocá-lo entre os principais jogadores agora, ele precisa ter calma e esperar o momento certo. O mesmo serve para a torcida.

Por outro lado, Otavio Oliveira, do ‘Papo com Boleiro’ acredita que Abel deve dar uma chance ao jovem meia-atacante.

-Calazans é um jovem talentosíssimo e a torcida está certa em querer vê-lo jogar. Assim como fez com o menino Wendel, Abel deveria dar mais oportunidades ao Calazans. É a hora de separar os meninos dos homens e, Calazans, tem que jogar no time dos homens.

اعترف المسؤول الحكومي الكبير بأن الإدارة السيئة هي المسؤولة عما حدث في استاد فرنسا، لكنه أظهر القليل من الندم مباشرة تجاه مشجعي ليفربول في أعقاب المباراة النهائية.

بدأ نهائي دوري أبطال أوروبا بين مدريد وليفربول بأسوأ طريقة ممكنة، مع بعض الحوادث التي تسببت في تأجيل المواجهة نصف ساعة.

حاول دارمانين نقل اللوم من السلطات الفرنسية لإخفاء فشل الشرطة والمسؤولين الخاضعين لسيطرته – حيث قامت الشرطة بإطلاق الغازات المسيلة للدموع على حاملي التذاكر، بمن فيهم النساء والأطفال – من مشجعي ليفربول.

لكن في حديثه يوم الثلاثاء، عندما سُئل مباشرة على شاشة التلفزيون عما إذا كان يعتذر عندما ظهرت الحقائق الحقيقية، قال في تصريحات نشرتها صحيفة “ميرور” البريطانية: “هل كان ينبغي إدارة ملعب فرنسا بشكل أفضل؟ الجواب نعم”.

مضيفًا: “هل أنا مسؤول جزئياً؟ الجواب نعم بالطبع، أعتذر تجاه كل من عانى من سوء الإدارة للحدث”.

كذب دارمانين علنًا بشأن إلقاء اللوم على “المشجعين بلا تذاكر” في الملعب، حيث تعرض مشجعو ليفربول للغاز المسيل للدموع أثناء وقوفهم في طوابير سلمية للدخول.

كان وزير الداخلية قد ادعى في البداية أن 70 في المائة من الأشخاص الحاضرين في الملعب كانوا بدون تذاكر، وهو رقم كان سيصل إلى ما يقرب من 130 ألف شخص.

ثم قام بعد ذلك بتعديل هذا الرقم إلى 40 ألف شخص بتذاكر مزورة، قائلاً إن أدلة الفيديو ستثبت مزاعمه، ووعد بتسليم لقطات إلى مجلس الشيوخ الفرنسي.

لكن هذه اللقطات تم حذفها بسهولة، وأظهرت التقديرات الدقيقة المستندة إلى بيانات حقيقية أن حوالي 2500 شخص فقط كانوا في ضواحي الاستاد بدون تذاكر.

دارمانين اعتذر لكل من عانوا من سوء الإدارة، كما أقر بأن كل ما حدث كان “فشلًا”، وتحملت شرطة باريس نفسها نصيبها من اللوم، ومع ذلك، فإن هذا لا يستجيب لطلب التفسيرات الذي قدمه ريال مدريد.

England beat Middlesex by 12 runs in their opening warm-up ahead of Saturday’s $20 million match, but it was a poor performance and they relied on some excellent bowling from Stuart Broad and Andrew Flintoff to get them out of jail after a turgid display with the bat.Their batsmen looked rusty, with none of them really timing the ball and there were only two sixes and five fours in an innings of 121 for 4. The conditions did not make for easy scoring, but even allowing for that, it was a pretty ordinary display and one which will certainly not please the players’ bank managers – or wives – if repeated next weekend.All the batsmen got started, other than Kevin Pietersen who perished for a laboured 5 giving Murali Kartik a rather reckless charge, but none of them threatened to grab the bowling by the scruff of the neck. Owais Shah played a few genuine shots and was the only batsman to manage more than a run-a-ball, and it took some late pyrotechnics from him and Flintoff to give the score some kind of respectability. The hundred did not come up until the 17th over, which yielded the only two sixes of the innings, the first from Shah waking up the WAGS in their VIP enclosure, the second from Flintoff a crisp straight drive. It was, however, the storm between the lulls.The pitch, which was trumpeted in the considerable pre-tournament hype as being one to suit batsmen, was again slow and low, favouring the straight hitters, and the outfield sluggish. Unless it quickens up and hardens in the next few days, anything over 150 will take some chasing.Middlesex found the going just as hard when their turn to bat came, and they were behind the asking rate from the off. Andrew Strauss, who earlier had dropped what was quite possibly the easiest catch you are ever likely to see, was bowled playing an ugly heave, as England’s seamers strangled the top of the order. Broad maintained his back-of-a-length line, forcing the batsmen onto the back foot, while Flintoff at the end unleashed his unerring blockhole-jarring deliveries.Ed Joyce and Dawid Malan, the pick of the batsmen, kept the innings chugging along with a stand of 62 in nine overs, but the required rate teasingly eased away from them and despite what appeared a close margin of victory, England strolled through the last few overs.Middlesex’s spin duo of Shaun Udal and Kartik, who chocked the life out of the middle of the England innings, showed the value of slow bowling in this format on this pitch. Pietersen relied more on pace in this game, but the England management were certainly given some foot for thought in that regard. Pietersen himself filled a slow-bowling role here, but he was one of the few bowlers who came in for some tap.One of the talking points to have emerged from the first two games is the catching, and it was again appalling. Had Middlesex held their chances then England might well have been embarrassed, but England too, even the ultra reliable Paul Collingwood, found the ball took on the qualities of a greased pig when in the air. On the field, in keeping with the general tone of the game, there was little anger as chance after chance went down, but the sight of England back out practising taking steeplers out of the lights as the crowd drifted home showed that it is a facet of their game which is a worry.One potential banana skin is out of the way for England, but from here on in things will get much tougher as they chase cricket’s Holy Grail.

Many Manchester United fans have been left slamming the display of Dan James in their game away at Wolves in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.

The Wales international struggled to make any sort of real impact on the match, and was consequently subbed off early on in the second half by Edinson Cavani.

He lost out on all three of his duels, and also failed to record a single shot on goal, dribble, accurate cross or long ball, while he lost possession of the ball on no fewer than on 11 separate occasions (Sofascore).

With Cristiano Ronaldo looking likely to join up with the squad after the summer transfer window ends, James’ place in the starting line-up will certainly be under threat, and with poor performances like these he is not giving himself the best opportunity to keep his place.

O Atlético Goianiense, enfim, conquistou seus primeiros pontos no Brasileirão. O Rubro-Negro bateu a Ponte Preta por 3 a 0, na noite desta quinta, no estádio Olímpico Pedro Ludovico, e deixou a lanterna do competição. A Macaca permanece com sete pontos e ocupa a nona colocação. Everaldo, duas vezes, e Luiz Fernando foram os autores dos gols da partida.

O jogo começou com a Ponte Preta procurando controlar a posse de bola, mas não conseguiu chegar com perigo. A partir dos 15 minutos, o Atlético-GO cresceu na partida e teve boas chances duas boas chances com Ândrigo. A melhor delas foi aos 17 minutos, em que o jogador recebeu sozinho dentro da área, mas bateu em cima do goleiro.

O Dragão abriu o placar aos 37 minutos. Ândrigo cobrou escanteio na cabeça de Everaldo que testa no ângulo. A situação da Ponte ficou ainda mais complicada quando o árbitro marcou pênalti de Marllon em cima de Jorginho, aos 43 minutos. Everaldo cobrou e ampliou, 2 a 0.

Atrás no placar, a Ponte Preta começou a segunda etapa pressionando. Com menos de um minuto de jogo Emerson Sheik na entrada da área, de costas para o gol, fez o giro e bateu rasteiro para a defesa do goleiro.

Mesmo mantendo a bola no campo de ataque, a Ponte esbarrou na defesa bem postada do Atlético-GO, que teve duas boas chances de ampliar. A primeira com Ândrigo, aos 17, batendo rasteiro no canto esquerdo, mas Aranha espalmou. No minuto seguinte Breno Lopes, pelo lado esquerdo, bateu cruzado para fora, próximo da meta.

A partida seguia morna, até que aos 32 minutos, o Atlético-GO chegou ao terceiro gol, contando com a estrela de Luiz Fernando, que marcou no primeiro toque em campo. Após cruzamento, Everaldo desviou e a bola sobrou para Luiz Fernando, fechando o placar. Sem forças para reagir, a Ponte ainda teve Elton expulso.

يُذكر أن فيوتشر كان قد تصدر ترتيب المجموعة الأولى التي كانت تضم بيراميدز، فيما اعتلى الإسماعيلي قمة المجموعة الثانية التي كان يتواجد فيها الأهلي، أما المجموعة الثالثة فصعد منها غزل المحلة المتصدر، وإنبي كأفضل مركز ثاني، متفوقًا على الزمالك الذي كان معهم في المجموعة ذاتها.
